TICKET DETAILS

Information to Prepare Before Submitting

A clear issue description helps identify the cause more effectively than repeated follow-ups. When submitting a ticket, include the details below as relevant to your issue; provide only information directly needed for troubleshooting.

  • Platform in use: Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, or Linux.
  • Whether the issue occurs during sign-in, subscription access, client import, route selection, or connection verification.
  • The error shown in the client interface and the actions performed before the issue appeared.
  • The affected international route region, destination, and approximate time when the issue occurred.
  • Troubleshooting steps already attempted, such as re-importing the subscription, switching routes, or checking the exit status again.

RESPONSE EXPECTATION

Processing Time

Ticket processing time depends on the issue type, the completeness of the information, and whether reproduction is required. Account and plan record issues can usually be checked directly; connection and route issues may require platform details, error messages, and reproduction steps, so a fixed response time cannot be promised in advance.

After submitting, check the status and replies in the user panel. If more information is requested, reply in the original ticket instead of splitting the same issue into multiple records. If a route issue has recovered or the situation changes, update the original ticket with the latest result.
