Account & subscriptions

Registration, devices and subscription imports

These questions cover account access, subscription retrieval, device migration and plan upgrades. Subscription links are account configuration details; use them only in your own clients.

What do I need to register for UyVPN?

You can register with a username and password—no email address required. Save both securely and use a unique password for UyVPN. You’ll need these account details to sign in to the user panel, retrieve your subscription and submit support tickets.

Where can I get my subscription link, and how do I import it?

After activating a plan, sign in to the user panel and find your current subscription link in the account overview or client download area. Copy the link, choose Import from URL or Add Subscription in the relevant client, then update it. Do not edit any characters in the link or share it publicly.

Do I need to buy another plan when I change devices?

No. UyVPN supports unlimited devices online at the same time. Sign in to the same account on the new device, retrieve the subscription again and import it into the client. To avoid configuration confusion, remove the subscription from the old client before deactivating the old device, then import it and check the connection on the new one.

Which operating systems support UyVPN?

UyVPN supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Client downloads and subscription access are available through the user panel. After signing in, download the client for your system and import the subscription link from your account. Do not download installation files from unknown sources.

What should I do if I forget my username or password?

First check saved browser credentials, your password manager and any account records you saved when purchasing. Because registration does not require an email address, keeping your username and password safe is especially important. If your browser still has an active session, open the user panel, explain the account issue through the ticket center and provide order details that can be used for verification.

How is a mid-cycle monthly subscription upgrade calculated?

For a mid-cycle monthly subscription upgrade, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Before upgrading, review your current plan, remaining status and target plan in the user panel, then submit the change. Afterward, update the subscription in your client so the configuration matches your account status.

Connections & troubleshooting

Troubleshoot step by step from the network entry point

Connection issues usually require separating the local network, client status, system proxy and target app. Checking them in order prevents repeated changes across multiple settings and makes the original issue easier to identify.

What should I check first when the client says the connection failed?

First confirm that your local network can open ordinary websites. Then return to the client, update the subscription and try another route. Check the system time, proxy permissions and whether the operating system has paused the client. If the connection still fails, fully quit and reopen the client, then submit a ticket with the error message, operating system and route name.

Why can my browser connect while a particular app cannot?

This is usually related to per-app rules, the scope of system proxy handling or the app’s own network settings. Check whether the client is set to proxy only selected apps, and make sure the target app is not on the bypass list. After changing the rules, fully close and reopen the app so it does not keep using the old network path.

What should I do if the subscription update fails or the route list does not change?

Sign in to the user panel and copy the current subscription link again, then compare it with the address saved in the client. Once you confirm the link is complete, delete the failed subscription entry, import it again and update it. If the client retains an old cache, quit and reopen it. Do not mistake a webpage, login or plan URL for the subscription link.

How can I restore the connection after switching networks?

After switching from a home network to a work network, public Wi-Fi or another access environment, the existing connection may not rebuild automatically. Disconnect the current route, confirm that the new network can open ordinary websites, then reconnect. If it still fails, update the subscription, switch routes and check whether the new network restricts the permissions required by the client.

Why does a website still show my old region after the client connects?

First confirm that the target app is actually covered by the current proxy rules, then close and reopen the browser or app. Web cache, existing sessions and in-app region settings may continue showing old results. After switching routes, check the exit IP and app connection status again; do not assume all traffic has switched just because the client shows Connected.

How can I diagnose frequent disconnections after connecting?

Check whether disconnections occur only on a particular local network or route. Keep the client in the foreground, disable system background suspension for it and test other routes. If every route disconnects on the same network but works after switching networks, the issue is more likely local. Include your system, client error and route name when submitting a ticket.

Speed & routes

Choose a path by region and use case

Speed depends on the local access network, exit region, target service and routing conditions at the time. Choose routes based on actual access results rather than a region name or single label.

What should I do about slow performance during peak hours?

Pause bandwidth-heavy downloads, sync tasks and system updates, then compare other routes in the same region. Do not repeatedly reconnect to one route or run multiple clients that modify the system proxy at the same time. If routes perform differently, use the more stable option temporarily and note the affected region and use case in your ticket.

How do I choose a route for my current use case?

For ordinary browsing and messaging, start with a nearby route that offers a stable connection. When accessing content for a specific region, choose an exit route in that region. The region in a route name indicates the exit location and does not mean every app will switch its content region automatically. Check the target website or app after connecting rather than relying on the route name alone.

How broad is UyVPN’s route coverage?

UyVPN covers 90+ countries / 200+ routes. The routes page shows available regions and route categories, while the actual client list depends on the latest subscription update. You do not need to stay in one region; switch based on your destination, local network and current connection performance.

How should I choose a route for streaming or AI tools?

First check which regions the target service supports, then choose the corresponding exit route and restart the app or refresh its login session. If the page opens but playback, login or the session is unstable, try another route in the same region. The service’s account region, content licensing and risk controls also affect the result; a route can only address the network path.

How should I understand route type labels?

Route types describe how data is routed between your local network and the exit region. Do not judge a route by its label alone; consider your current access network, target region and actual use case. The same route may perform differently on different local networks, so a better approach is to keep usable routes and compare them by scenario.

Billing & refunds

Plan cycles, payments and refund requests

Before purchasing, distinguish monthly subscriptions that reset on the activation date from traffic packages that never expire. After payment, return to the user panel to verify the order and plan status, and keep the order record if anything differs.

Which monthly subscription plans are available?

Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB and ¥28/month with 500GB. Choose based on your actual needs for browsing, video and file syncing rather than estimating from a single session. Plan details and current account status are shown in the user panel.

What traffic packages are available, and do they expire?

Traffic packages are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB. They remain available until used and never expire. They suit users with an irregular usage pattern who prefer consuming a cumulative data allowance; monthly subscriptions reset each month on the activation date. Choose according to your usage rhythm.

When does monthly subscription data reset?

Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date, not at the start of a calendar month. Check the current cycle in the user panel when reviewing your remaining data. Re-importing a subscription does not change the billing cycle. If the client displays an unexpected status, update the subscription first, then verify the plan in the account panel.

Which payment methods are supported?

UyVPN supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Select an available method in the user panel and complete payment, then return to the order page to check the status. Do not submit the same order repeatedly. If the payment status does not match the panel, keep the order record and submit it for verification through the ticket center.

How do I request a refund?

UyVPN offers a 7-day no-questions-asked refund. To request one, sign in to the user panel, open the ticket center, describe your request and include the relevant order details for verification. Review the refund terms before submitting; eligibility and processing follow the terms and order status.
