Routes

Speed and peak-hour stability

The experience of cross-border connections depends on more than peak speed; it also depends on maintaining continuous transmission during busy periods. UyVPN organizes routes by region and purpose, so users can choose an entry point for web access, remote collaboration, file syncing or video playback instead of sending all traffic through one path. If a region becomes unstable, other routes within the same subscription can be selected without repeatedly editing client settings.

The routes page organizes options by region, city and route type. For everyday use, start with an entry point that is geographically closer. When a target app requires a specific region, choose the corresponding exit location. This selection approach is more consistent than relying on a single speed test and is better suited to long-term use.

Policy

Privacy and no-logs policy

This service follows a no-logs policy and does not record the web content users access. Account-side information is limited to what is needed for subscription management, traffic accounting and support. Registration requires only a username and password; no email address is needed, reducing unnecessary data submission. Payments are available through Alipay, WeChat Pay or USDT.

A privacy policy does not replace the security settings on your own devices. Use a unique account password, obtain client details only from the user panel after signing in, and check subscription status on your devices regularly. On shared devices, sign out and remove local configurations when finished.

Endpoints

Multi-device access

One subscription works with Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux, with unlimited devices online at the same time. Work computers, personal computers and tablets can be managed under one account, without maintaining separate plans for each platform. Subscription links and client access are centralized in the user panel, where the appropriate content can be obtained by platform after signing in.

Unlimited devices does not mean every device must use the same route. Different endpoints can select regions based on their applications—for example, office devices can prioritize stable connections while entertainment devices use routes suited to the content region. Monthly subscription traffic is calculated centrally by the account, making overall usage easier to review.

Apps

AI tool access

AI tools such as ChatGPT often use web sessions, authentication, content APIs and persistent connections at the same time. Frequent changes in exit region can cause interrupted sessions or repeated verification. UyVPN's route list lets users select an exit region consistently, which suits ongoing work with text, files and development tasks. Before connecting, check which regions the target service supports and keep the browser and related apps on a consistent connection path.

For long conversations or coding assistance, prioritize a stable route rather than chasing short-term speed. After switching routes, reopen the session and check that the exit region meets the target app's requirements. More guidance on login, sessions and region selection is available in the ChatGPT access guide.

Content

Streaming and regional content

Netflix, Disney+, HBO and other content platforms show different catalogs based on the exit region. UyVPN provides routes in several commonly used regions, allowing users to switch according to where the content is available. The route table lists streaming compatibility separately, reducing the time spent testing unrelated routes one by one.

Playback quality is also affected by the local network, device performance and platform account status. After connecting, refresh the app first and confirm the content region before playback; when changing exits, fully close and reopen the app. The dedicated guide explains regional selection logic and troubleshooting steps for common platforms.

Protection

Refund protection and plan selection

All monthly subscriptions include a 7-day no-questions-asked refund. Choose a tier based on typical traffic: light web access can start with the 60GB monthly subscription; frequent video, file syncing or multi-device use can be compared across the 250GB and 500GB monthly subscriptions. Traffic resets monthly on the activation date, and upgrades during a billing period convert the price difference into remaining days.

Users who do not want a monthly reset can choose a traffic package. Packages remain available until the included traffic is used and never expire, making them suitable for irregular usage. Full pricing, traffic rules and selection guidance for monthly subscriptions and traffic packages are listed on the plans page.

Selection notes

Organized by use case, not just by numbers

UyVPN separates coverage, route types, client access, subscription management and refund information into checkable details. Users can confirm the target region first, then verify platform support and traffic needs before choosing a plan. Service pages do not treat a single speed test as a substitute for long-term experience, nor do they equate route count with suitability for every scenario.

For users new to cross-border network access, the beginner guide provides a continuous path from account creation and plan selection to subscription import. When connection issues are more complex, the user manual explains exit checks, per-app verification and routine maintenance in greater detail. Each type of content is archived separately, so there is no need to repeatedly filter through promotional material.

Route directory

Popular route preview

Choose an exit region based on where the target service is available, then compare route types according to local network performance. The list below illustrates how the route directory is organized.

Country or region City Route type Streaming
Asia routes
Japan Tokyo IEPL dedicated route Supported
Hong Kong Hong Kong Relayed route Supported
Singapore Singapore IEPL dedicated route Supported
South Korea Seoul Relayed route Supported
Americas and Europe routes
United States Los Angeles IEPL dedicated route Supported
United States New York Relayed route Supported
United Kingdom London Direct route Supported

Start with the target region

For web browsing and everyday communication, start with a nearby Asian route to reduce cross-region distance. When accessing content from a specific region, select the exit for that country or region directly. After connecting, check whether the target app works normally before switching again, rather than judging routes only by their order in the list.

Use route types as a guide

IEPL dedicated routes suit scenarios that prioritize continuous transmission; relayed routes optimize some cross-border paths; direct routes use a more straightforward structure, though actual performance depends on the local network. No type fits every environment, so the routes page keeps multiple regions and types available for comparison by use case.

Traffic packs

Choose a traffic package based on actual usage

Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire, making them suitable for irregular usage or for users who do not want a monthly reset. Options: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB.

How to choose the right tier

Look at how your existing devices are used each day rather than choosing solely by device count. Unlimited devices means one subscription can cover multiple endpoints, while traffic is still calculated centrally by the account. For web browsing, text conversations and light work, the 60GB monthly subscription makes spending easier to control; for simultaneous video, AI tools and file syncing, compare the 250GB monthly subscription; for sustained playback or larger files across multiple devices, the 500GB monthly subscription provides more traffic capacity.

Monthly subscriptions suit regular use and users who need continuous service. Traffic packages suit temporary travel, project collaboration or occasional access. The billing models differ: monthly subscriptions reset on the activation date, while traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Choosing after defining the use case can reduce mid-term changes.

Selected questions

Featured FAQs

These questions cover account preparation, plan traffic, device connections, route selection and refunds. More complete troubleshooting steps are available in the Help Center.

What do I need to prepare to create an account?

Only a username and password are required; no email address is needed. Use a password that is not reused with other services and keep your account details secure. After creating the account, open the user panel to view plans, orders, clients and subscription access.

When does monthly subscription traffic reset?

Monthly subscription traffic resets on the activation date. Current options are ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB and ¥28/month with 500GB. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days; refer to the order details in the user panel for the exact result.

Can multiple devices connect at the same time?

Yes. The number of devices online at the same time is unlimited. Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux are supported. Devices can choose routes for their own use cases, while monthly subscription traffic is calculated centrally under the same account.

How do I choose a route after connecting?

For everyday web access, start with a nearby region. For content or apps with regional requirements, choose the exit corresponding to the target region. Reopen the target app after switching and check the exit region and connection status. If the current path is unstable, compare other route types in the same region.

How does the refund policy work?

This service provides a 7-day no-questions-asked refund. Before submitting a request, keep your order details and use the support ticket entry in the user panel to explain which order needs attention. Payments are supported through Alipay, WeChat Pay and USDT.
