Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This policy explains how UyVPN collects, uses, retains, and deletes relevant data while providing cross-border access, international routes, and network acceleration subscriptions. Please read these terms before using the service.

Data Collected and How It Is Used

Account information: Registration requires only a username and password; no email address is required. The standard registration process does not request a registration email. The username identifies the account, links plans, and supports service requests in the user panel; authentication information verifies the login identity.

Order records: When a plan is ordered or adjusted, the service retains the order items, amount, payment status, creation time, and necessary transaction reference information. This supports subscription delivery, payment checks, refunds, duplicate-order investigation, and billing dispute resolution.

Access analytics: The website may process basic analytics such as page visits, referring pages, browser type, device category, page interactions, and error information. This helps verify that pages work properly, improve navigation, and locate technical faults. Analytics are used for website operations and service maintenance, not to build profiles of the international websites users visit.

No-Logs Principle and Connection Data

UyVPN does not record which websites users access, retain web content, search queries, or application traffic, or create browsing histories from such content.

The service does not retain connection logs long term when they could be used to reconstruct an individual's network activity. To keep routes operating, the system may create temporary operational events when a connection is established, authentication fails, or an interruption occurs. These events are used only for security protection, troubleshooting, and resource scheduling, then deleted or de-identified when the relevant purpose ends. They are not retained as searchable personal connection histories.

Plan traffic usage is linked to the account to enforce the selected plan's traffic rules and display remaining usage, but specific destinations or transmitted content are not recorded.

Cookies and Local Storage

The website and user panel use Cookies or browser local storage to save login status, interface language, necessary session identifiers, and basic preferences. This keeps account sessions active, prevents repeated configuration choices, and allows pages to continue working properly after navigation.

Users can clear Cookies and local storage through their browser settings. After clearing them, login status and saved preferences may be lost, requiring a new login or renewed configuration choices. Restricting necessary storage features may also prevent some user panel functions from completing normally.

Payments and Third-Party Processing

The service supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Payments may be processed by the relevant payment service or blockchain network, and the payment provider receives information needed to complete the transaction under its own rules. UyVPN does not control the independent data processing activities of third-party payment services.

The service normally receives only the payment result, order status, and necessary transaction reference information to confirm orders, activate services, and address billing issues. Payment account credentials submitted on a third-party payment page are handled by the relevant payment provider and are not stored by this website.

Data Retention, Access, and Deletion

Account details are retained while the account remains in use. Order and transaction records are kept only as necessary to fulfill subscriptions, reconcile accounts, handle disputes, and meet applicable compliance requirements; after those purposes end, they are deleted, aggregated, or de-identified. Access analytics are retained only as needed for trend analysis and technical maintenance.

To access, correct, or delete account-related data, users can log in to the user panel and submit a ticket. To prevent unauthorized action, the service may first verify control of the account. After a deletion request is completed, the account's primary data will no longer be used for routine service operations, except for order records that must be retained by law, disputes still being processed, and copies in the backup rotation. Backup data is not restored to active systems for continued use and is removed as backups rotate.

Policy Updates

This policy may be revised when service features, data processing practices, or applicable rules change. The updated text will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top will be changed. If a change materially affects how account data is handled, the service will also provide notice in an appropriate location in the user panel.

Continuing to use UyVPN after a policy update means that the user has read the policy in effect at that time. Questions about specific terms or requests concerning data processing or deletion can be submitted through a user panel ticket.
